- What areas do you service?
- We cover the Greater Atlanta area. Additional Service Fees may apply for traveling greater distances of +30 miles. (Estimated: $75-$100)

- Photos are delivered the next day! - How are photos delivered?
- Photos are sent to you in a Google Drive link, which can be downloaded into a zip file with a few easy clicks. - How do I download my images from the link that was sent to me?
Steps for saving Google Drive images:- Open the folder by clicking the Google Drive link
- Select/click the first image
- Scroll down to the last image
- While holding the shift key, select the last image (*this should highlight all images)
- Right click and click the download or save button on the menu (*this will zip all of our files into one folder) - Can your photographers upload photos to the MLS?
- Unfortunately, we do not have access to the MLS. - What if it rains?
-We can keep your appointment as scheduled while we do our best to capture any exterior shots with our umbrellas in addition to providing complimentary sky replacement of a front and back image, then we'll schedule a rain reshoot for only $40! The rain reshoot will allow our photographer to revisit the property and provide you with the exterior images and drone shots that we couldn't capture during your original appointment. Rain reshoots will be scheduled for the next available day with a clear forecast and the $40 fee will cover the cost associated with the time/travel to do so.
-Or, we can offer to reschedule your appointment for the next available day with a clear forecast, free of charge. - What if I have a special request?
- No problem, as long as you've made us aware and clearly explain the exact shot you're looking for, we'll do our best to make it happen. In the case that you forgot a shot, we can assist with that as well. Missed shots can be easily captured and rescheduled for the next available time slot for only $50. - What is your cancellation policy?
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so that adjustments to the photographer's calendar can be made.
- At this time, we do not charge a cancellation fee, unless the photographer was already on the way to the appointment or the home was not photo ready upon arrival. - Do your photographers have Supra access?
- Yes, our photographers have access to Supra using the CBS code provided by the agent. - What methods of payment do you accept?
- At this time, we accept electronic payment only. The week of your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email with your invoice via Square.
- Payment is not due until after your photoshoot has been completed.
- If a form of payment is on file and we have not received payment after two weeks time, you may be auto charged for the outstanding balance for unpaid invoices at the owner's discretion. - Can I please have a copy of the RAW images?
- It is our strict policy not to deliver unedited images. - Do your photographers assist with staging?
- Our photographers are not responsible for staging, however they will ensure all lights are turned on and adjust the blinds when needed.
- Please ensure your listing is photo-ready prior to your scheduled shoot.
